Entering its 2025 edition, JIDF adopts the theme “Picturesque, Sense of Future” as a response to future challenges that demand visual sensitivity, sustainability awareness, and a redefinition of spatial aesthetics in a constantly changing world.

This theme highlights two key pillars: how the future is consciously envisioned and designed (sense of future), and how beauty and visual narrative (picturesque) remain at the core of human spatial experience.

Amid the development of digital technology, ecological pressures, and shifting social values, interior design is required to be reflective, innovative, and culturally sensitive. Therefore, this conference serves as a critical discourse platform to explore new ideas, methods, and practices that bridge futurism and humanism, precision in technology and the wonder of aesthetics.
